Our website is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online shopping experience to you.

By visiting our website, purchasing products, placing custom orders, scheduling deliveries, or otherwise interacting with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Because many of our products are handcrafted, personalized, seasonal, custom-designed, and/or perishable, certain products and services may be subject to additional terms outlined throughout our website, during checkout, or during the ordering process.

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products and services online. However, due to differences in device displays, lighting, photography, and screen settings, actual colors, textures, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Many of our floral arrangements are handcrafted using fresh seasonal flowers and greenery. Because flowers are natural products, variations in color, size, bloom stage, and appearance are normal and should be expected.

While we strive to closely match arrangement photos and inspiration images, exact replication is not guaranteed. Each arrangement is uniquely designed by hand.

Due to seasonal availability, supply chain disruptions, or quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute flowers, greenery, containers, ribbons, packaging, or decorative elements with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, theme, and color palette of the arrangement.

Certain products, including custom floral arrangements, sympathy florals, event florals, personalized gifts, preorder items, seasonal merchandise, and limited-edition items may have limited availability and may not be eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once production or fulfillment has begun.

All product descriptions, pricing, inventory, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products or services from La Máison Tassin. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and order confirmation has been issued.

Please carefully review all order details, including product selections, personalization details, pickup or delivery information, recipient information, and contact information prior to submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by customers.

Due to the time-sensitive and custom nature of many of our products, cancellation requests may not be accommodated once order preparation, floral processing, personalization, or fulfillment has begun.

Custom floral arrangements, sympathy arrangements, event florals, personalized items, preorder items, and special-order merchandise are generally considered final sale once production or fulfillment has started.

We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or intended for resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Prices displayed on our website may differ from pricing offered in-store or through third-party platforms.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping fees, delivery fees, handling charges, or other applicable charges.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and payment information for all purchases made through our Services. You further agree to promptly update account information as necessary so transactions may be completed successfully.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges incurred will be honored by your financial institution.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs processing, supply shortages, or circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

SECTION 5A - LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP

Local delivery is available only within select service areas determined by La Máison Tassin. Delivery fees, availability, and delivery windows are subject to change without notice.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information, including recipient name, address, phone number, business name (if applicable), gate codes, and delivery instructions. Additional delivery fees may apply for incorrect addresses, re-delivery attempts, or address changes after an order has been placed.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may attempt to contact the recipient, leave the order with another individual at the location, leave the order in a secure location when appropriate, or return the order to our shop for later pickup or re-delivery at an additional charge.

Because flowers and certain products are perishable, we are not responsible for product condition after successful delivery has been completed according to the delivery instructions provided.

Pickup orders should be collected during the scheduled pickup timeframe. Due to the perishable nature of floral products, orders not picked up within 48 hours may no longer be eligible for replacement or refund.

SECTION 5B - RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Due to the custom, perishable, and time-sensitive nature of many of our products, all sales may not be eligible for return or refund.

Fresh floral arrangements, custom orders, sympathy arrangements, event florals, personalized products, preorder items, seasonal merchandise, limited-edition items, sale items, and gift cards are generally considered final sale.

If there is an issue with your order, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe may not qualify for replacement, store credit, or refund.

To request assistance regarding an order, customers should contact us with their order number, photographs (if applicable), and a description of the concern.

Any refunds, replacements, or store credits issued are granted solely at the discretion of La Máison Tassin.

Approved apparel or boutique returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of odors or damage, and returned with original tags attached within the timeframe outlined in our Refund Policy.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included within the Services, including but not limited to logos, branding, product names, graphics, images, floral designs, videos, text, website design, social media content, and other materials are the property of La Máison Tassin or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

La Máison Tassin is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and Services to customers. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with La Máison Tassin and not Shopify.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and La Máison Tassin, including products, services, shipping, refunds, or customer support.
