Shipping

At La Máison Tassin Florals & Boutique, each order is prepared with care and attention to detail, reflecting the same thoughtfulness that goes into every piece we curate. Our goal is for your purchase to arrive beautifully and on time.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 1–5 business days after shipment.

Expedited shipping is not currently available via online checkout, but feel free to give us a call if you need a piece sooner. We may be able to make special arrangements to ship your item the same day. 

Store pickup is also an option for all of our locals! Place your order online and stop by to pick up during normal business hours. Orders will typically be filled and ready for pickup within 1-3 hours, while some may not be ready until the following business day. Feel free to give us a call to get an estimated time when your order will be ready. 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days total (Sometimes sooner)
  • Expedited Shipping: Call for availability and ETA

Holiday Shipping Reminder: Delivery times may take longer during peak seasons. We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure they arrive on time. 

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You should receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we’re unable to modify or cancel it, and La Máison Tassin Florals & Boutique cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. We begin processing as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost or delayed after it has shipped, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number. While we are happy to assist with tracking, La Máison Tassin Florals & Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.
